Streamlining

This template is awfully unwieldy, can anybody think of a way to make it a little more manageable? I thought about using tables with show/hide buttons but it appears we don't have the necessary Mediawiki extension. Another option would be scrapping it altogether and replacing it with a simple category index. --Aule the Smith 09:35, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
