Talk:Prisca Baggins

The article on Bilbo's Party says that Prisca attended. For some reason, Foster says that Prisca died before 3001. I looked for some online family trees and found that Prisca is not marked as an attendee. Can someone check in the book? Sage 14:02, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

A related note: Wilibald's entry in the Guide has only approximate birth and death dates, yet TG has specific dates, sourced from the family trees. This can mean only one thing, that the family trees have been updated in later editions of LotR, and the Guide refers to the older versions; Foster had no dates so he had to calculate from context (and he was quite close). Doesn't anyone knows for sure if such a thing happened? The article on Appendix C doesn't mention any such change or update, and perhaps it should. Sage 14:13, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

Yes, the Baggins family tree appears to have been updated in the 50th Anniversary edition, and the Bolger family tree was for sure added:

In the Baggins family tree Prisca is marked as a guest (name is underlined).

The Bolger family tree has "Wilibald 1304—1400 = Prisca Baggins" (also appearing in PoMe, p. 97, but without Prisca being underlined).
