Betsy Butterbur was a woman of Bree who worked in the Prancing Pony Inn. Betsy Butterbur was invented by Warner Bros. for The Hobbit film series, where she was portrayed by Katie Jackson.

Betsy Butterbur was a relative of "Butterbur Snr", and worked as a barmaid at the Prancing Pony Inn. She waited on both Thorin and Gandalf when the two met in the inn.[1]
