Year of the Trees 1100 (abbreviated to Y.T. 1100) is the 1100th year of the Trees in the First Age of Arda. Year of the Trees 1100 was also V.Y. 4600 in Valian Years.
Notable events in this year include:
- Returning to Aman, the Valar lead a defeated Melkor to the Ring of Doom. Melkor - citing his kinship - pleads for forgiveness at the feet of Manwë.[1]
- Melkor is imprisoned in Mandos for three hundred Valian Years.[1]
