The name Westmarch refers to more than one character, item or concept. For a list of other meanings, see Westmarch (disambiguation).

Westmarch of the Shire was the land between the Far Downs and the Tower Hills, granted to the Shire-hobbits by King Aragorn II Elessar in Fourth Age 32. Its most important place was perhaps the Undertowers.

Since Fourth Age 35, the Warden of Westmarch was the highest office of the region; the Warden kept the Red Book of Westmarch heirloom.
