Vardilmë (born Second Age 203) was the second child and only daughter of Vardamir Nólimon, heir to Elros Tar-Minyatur, first King of Númenor. Her older brother took up the Sceptre as Tar-Amandil. Almost nothing is known of her life.
Vardilmë's name is difficult to translate, but might be a feminine contraction of "Devoted to Varda" in Quenya (from -dil = "friend, lover, devoted to").
