==Merging of Isildur's Bane==
Noticed this page needs to be merged with the ONe Ring, but a lot of the information on it would be somewhat repetitive (i.e. describing how Isildur lost the Ring)
Perhaps we should add a section to the existing One Ring article that could have some of the information?
For example
===Intervening Years===
Between the time of the Ring's loss and it's reemergence, much of what the wise knew of the Ring would slowly fade away. In Gondor, the Ring would gain the name of Isildur's Bane, but the true nature of it remained known only to a select few. Others, such as Saruman, would deeply study the nature of the Rings of Power in an attempt to understand their true nature. Saruman would learn of a test that could be used to determine if a ring of power was indeed the ruling ring, and he would send agents in search of it. Sauron also sent his spies to the Gladden Fields in the hopes of reclaiming the Ring, though all of their attempts were in vain, for the Ring had been found by someone totally unexpected.

Current Projects

  • Hope to finish adding chapter summaries to the Silmarillion pages
  • Generally hoping to address things on the To-do page
  • Getting more involved with the Wiki in general

Future Projects

  • Possibly expand summaries for Unfinished Tales and certain parts of HOME
  • Nature of Middle Earth
  • Finding the letter where Tolkien says Balrogs have wings (I know it's in letter 131 somewhere...)

Merging of Isildur's Bane

Noticed this page needs to be merged with the ONe Ring, but a lot of the information on it would be somewhat repetitive (i.e. describing how Isildur lost the Ring)

Perhaps we should add a section to the existing One Ring article that could have some of the information?

For example

Intervening Years
