An Elf Friend [1] is a blog and online resource exploring the languages and works of JRR Tolkien.
The name came from the quote from Ch. III of The Lord of the Rings: “I name you Elf-friend, and may the stars shine upon the end of your road.”
It was started with a desire to explore further the Elvish Languages, with the first article published on 9 November 2021.

articles
The first article, “The Complete Guide to the Quenya Alphabet,” was launched on 9 November 2021, which is to be updated periodically, as the languages are rather complex. [2] Following that, two more articles were published in the month of November.
The site also features Words of the Day, where readers learn a new Middle Earth word each day. [3]
