::::Are you by any chance the graphically talented finnish guy, who created the Lindefirion website (for Middle-earth Role Playing MERP), the hand drawn maps of Middle-earth (e.g. the Map of Harnendor and Khand) and emblems (for shields or flags) that seen to have  been picked ip in Middle-earth battle computer games? --[[User:Akhorahil|Akhorahil]] 12:00, 11 February 2022 (UTC)

This also applies to other page references to Unfinished Tales. Here we have page number 175 (fn. 2) which seems to refer to the 1982 paperback edition. What would be the best way to include the page references to the 2020 illustrated edition (here p. 193)? --Tik 12:07, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

If you look at the Page numbers section on the Help:References page, you will see that no page number should be included if the reference is the book Unfinished Tales of Númenor and Middle-earth, because different editions have different page numbers. I recommend that you look at the Template:UT page and use the subdivision that is closest to the page with the source. If the source is a footnote, the Template usually has a subdivision for the notes and you can manually add ", note 2" between "}}" and "</ref>" For example if the source is in note 2 in the Notes section of the chapter Aldarion and Erendis, you can use the Template parameter 4a in the UT Template to create a reference to the Notes section of that chapter in UT. --Akhorahil 13:01, 8 February 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Ok. The page numbers already were there from the previous edit. I take them away. (It seems that I originally added them some 17 years ago...) --Tik 11:28, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
