Use of asterisk
This article has:
"Possibly Old Sindarin *anda < Root ÁNAD."
According to Talk:*, it would seem that we should delete the asterisk in this article..? Personally, I wouldn't mind using the codes [[*]] and even "[[<]]" so readers can understand what is meant. In any case I think it's pivotal that we decide on a standard. --Morgan 21:29, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
- What function is the asterisk providing in that sentence; surely "possibly" covers it? "<" can be replaced by "from the". --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 22:20, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
