Opening Hour

The Opening Hour was the first hour of the Two Trees of Valinor, during which Telperion began to bloom for the first time before Laurelin shone. The Opening Hour was not counted in the tale of hours of the Valar, but was the time from which their reckoning, the Years of the Trees, began.[1][2]
