Lotho Sackville-Baggins was the son of Otho Sackville-Baggins and Lobelia Bracegirdle. He was made Mayor of Hobbiton, and because of him Saruman and his ruffians gained influence over the Shire. He was killed (and perhaps eaten as well, if Saruman's hints can be trusted) by Gríma Wormtongue. Lotho was 4 years older than Frodo.
