Beren (born F.A. 374) was a man of the House of Bëor

Beren was the son of Belemir, a great-grandson of Bëor through Belen Bëor's younger son, and Adanel, the grand-daughter of Marach himself through his elder son Malach. Beren was said to have three children, the third child was a daughter who was the noteworthy Emeldir the Man-hearted, the mother of the renowned Beren the One-handed, who was named after his grandfather Beren himself.[1]
