The Arch of Inwë was located in Gondolin according to the early version of the legendarium in The Book of the Lost Tales. It was the western entrance to the Square of the Folkwell. During the Fall of Gondolin, Galdor and his last men fought there against an incoming horde of goblins.[1] The origin of its name, concerning Inwë, is unknown as it is only mentioned once.
