(Redirected from Western Surf)

Falassë Númëa was the western shore of Tol Eressëa, according to the early version of the legendarium in The Book of Lost Tales. In these shores and beaches, the Solosimpi sailed in hosts upon their swanships.[1]

Etymology[edit | edit source]

The name Falassë Númëa is in Qenya, meaning the "Western Surf".[2] It is a combination of falassë ("shore, beach, surf") + númëa ("in the west, western").[3]
