Template talk:Incomplete

I thought I'd make this talk page as this template creates a red link. In other instances where this happens should we just make the talk page or use <includeonly></includeonly> around the template? -- KingAragorn  talk  contribs  edits  email  13:11, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

I think the whole statement " If you wish to complete this article, then please tell others on this page's talk page." can go - it's a bit intimidating - why would you have to discuss an expansion on the talk page first? --Morgan 10:53, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
