Talk:Númenοr

I think we should propose this page for deletion, as the article's name itself is Númenor, so there isn't a need for this redirect. --Ancalagon the Black 19:26, 21 March 2021 (UTC)

So I am confusion. Why there are two pages with the same name?? --LorenzoCB 19:39, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
I'm not sure how this happened, but there must be some difference. When I paste this article's title into the search bar (Númenοr) it goes through the redirect, and when I paste the main article title Númenor in, it goes directly to the actual page. Not sure how this happened, they look the same. And I'm not sure what to do with this page either; it doesn't look like we need it, but I'm still not 100% sure why it's here in the first place. --Grace18 20:51, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
For some reason, the person who made this article typed "Númenοr" with the "ο" in Greek. If you take this "ο" and paste it somewhere, eg. in Wiktionary, you will see it links to Greek entries: ο. It looks same to us but not for a computer. I have no idea how this happened and why. So later this Númenοr with greek "ο" was redirected to the normal Númenor article. OF course it should be deleted, despite its interestingly enigmatic origin. Sage 10:48, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
Ah, I see. That's interesting, I'll propose the page for deletion. --Ancalagon the Black 15:38, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
