Talk:Hobit (1989 Slovak radio series)

Article established. In this case, I've decided to go for the native name of the radio play right away. (I might eventually change the name of the later The Lord of the Rings adaptation as well, but I'll wait for the mods' decision first.) Like with many pre-1990s Slovak radio series, this one was a bit tougher to find information on, beyond the basics of the crew and cast. It's far more obscure than the genuinely famous and well-regarded 2001-2003 adaptation, which is still talked about today on a fairly regular basis (similarly to BBC Radio's 1981 series in the anglophone world), whereas this humbler 1989 adaptation of the earlier novel only reemerged from obscurity in the late 2000s and especially in the 2010s. Even with the reemergence, we don't know much about it, sans crew, cast and the year of the premiere.
