Isn't this a duplicate article of Elostirion-stone? Grond 17:48, 29 December 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I just merged them. --Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 17:53, 29 December 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I propose to move this page to a new page called Elendil's Stone, which is the term that is used in The Lord of the Rings. Unfinished Tales of Númenor and Middle-earth, especially just one of its notes and the out-of-print The Road Goes Ever On are less widely known and in my opinion people are more likely to know and search for the term Elendil's Stone. The other terms can stay as redirect pages. I will add the name Elendil's Stone from page 598 from the chapter The Palantír from LOTR as one of the names to the page. --Akhôrahil (talk) 16:03, 1 December 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I've been systematically going through every single Tolkien's work dealing on the matter of the palantiri (including the LOTR of course!), and still don't know how I missed the mention of Elendil's Stone in the most obvious chapter imaginable...Regardless, I moved the article to Elendil's Stone. - IvarTheBoneless (talk) 17:11, 2 December 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
