File talk:VunastiMamut - The Rage of Ossë.jpg
From Tolkien Gateway
This is incredibly similar to this image by Daren Horley? --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 09:29, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
- Yes it is. But that is only because when I said that all of the images by VunastiMamut are mine, I did not say they were painted necessarily by me. I only borrowed (not stole) the picture and edited it to fit the nature of the article. Woolly Mammoth 09:35, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
- And since it is also on my page, under my name and under the name of Ossë, it by all rights belongs here. Unless the original artist decides explicitly to remove it. Woolly Mammoth 09:40, 2 June 2015 (UTC)

- Yes, he would know! Here you can contact him. Woolly Mammoth 11:12, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
- Bór, Uldor, Elmo, Elros and all the landscapes are mine. Galdor, Penlod, Rog, Egalmoth, Duilin, Maeglin, Tuor and Eldarion are from an otherwise unknown artists. Woolly Mammoth 12:15, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
- +1: we don't want to get you (WM) or us (TG) in trouble. -- KingAragorn talk contribs edits email 13:36, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, Uldor is my creation. And trust me, if you can find the artists for the leaders of the Gondolindrim that I uploaded, then you have utter praise and worship for the rest of my life. Woolly Mammoth 13:46, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
- It is absolutely not acceptable to upload images if you don't know the artist; furthermore, to try and pass it off as your own. Do not do it again. Your image of Uldor is staggeringly similar to one by the artist James Adams, also known as "Sporeboy". --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 13:50, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
