Warner Bros. is a world-wide film and television company based California, owned by Time Warner. Together with MGM, they co-produced The,Hobbit (film series).Warner Bros produced The Hobbit through New Line Cinema,which is not now an independent company as it was by the time The Lord of the Rings was made, although still credited in the Hobbit.
