In a hole in the ground, there lived a person who very much enjoys Tolkien Gateway. Not a nasty, dirty troller, filled with little knowledge of the Legendarium, nor yet a person who gets confused between adaptation and book: It was a person who loves Tolkien's works and respects adaptations, and that means comfort.

It had a perfectly rectangular bookshelf like a door, painted brown, with a shiny first-edition Silmarillion in the exact middle. The bookcase opened to a cuboid shelf like a small room: a very comfortable room without smoke, with three copies of The Lord of The Rings illustrated by Alan Lee, with a 50th anniversary edition of The Hobbit, Unfinished Tales and lots and lots of John Howe illustrated History of Middle Earths. The Tolkien Fan was fond of new additions to the shelf.
