| Make sure that members (at least the meeting attendees) have 'E-mail me when my user talk page is changed' selected in their Preferences; that way if anyone ever contacts other users (for instance, if I wanted to make them aware of the meeting that is planned) they will recieve an email. | KingAragorn |
