Tim
From Tolkien Gateway
Template:Disputedcanon Tim, said to be the "nuncle" of Tom Bombadil, is only mentioned in verse composed by Sam Gamgee. In the poem, Tom encounters an old troll, gnawing on the shinbone of Tim.[1][2] Most likely, Tim was only an invention by the poet.[3]
