I have a question about paragraph 3 of the History section. The statement in question is "During the Third Age, bands of Elves would go in pilgrimage to Elostirion..." This statement gives a reference to the chapter Three Is Company in LOTR. BUT all that is said in that chapter is from Frodo, saying the Elves 'wander into it in Spring or Autumn, out of their own lands away beyond the Tower Hills." This does not suggest pilgrimages TO the Tower Hills, does it? AND if there are really are "pilgrimages" to Elostirion, where *do* we get that idea?
