The MERP section in this article seems to include a Tolkien quote on the "blackhearted" trees of Mirkwood. Is this from ''The Hobbit'' (I haven't been able to locate it, though), or is just "fanon"? --[[User:Morgan|Morgan]] 18:37, 14 November 2010 (UTC) | The MERP section in this article seems to include a Tolkien quote on the "blackhearted" trees of Mirkwood. Hornburg
A sentence (which I removed from the page), read:
"and that they helped the Rohirrim win an important battle at the Hornburg."
I haven't been able to find any support for the claim the Huorns helped the Rohirrim. Please let me know if I've missed any reference. --Morgan 18:37, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

Blackhearted trees
The MERP section in this article seems to include a Tolkien quote on the "blackhearted" trees of Mirkwood. Is this from The Hobbit (I haven't been able to locate it, though), or is just "fanon"? --Morgan 18:37, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
