Talk:Astrid Lindgren

I'm investigating where Lindgren said that Tolkien "had a great impact on her work" (only using a secondary source right now). I have written to the Swedish Astrid Lindgren Society, hoping for an answer. --Morgan 23:42, 27 July 2010 (UTC)

I fail to see any connection between Lindgren and Tolkien, and why this article should exist. The question whether she was inspired by the Hobbit or whether she has read LotR doesn't make her notable. She seems to have some connection to Tove Jansson, but these references could move to Jansson's article instead. Sage 05:46, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
