Peter Chuklev (born 1936) is a Bulgarian illustrator. Graduated from the Art Academy in Sofia in 1960, he has been a teacher at the National Art Academy since 1964 and professor of printmaking since 1993.[1]
Working primarily in the area of printmaking, illustration, and drawing, Chuklev made the illustrations for the 1979 version of the 1975 Bulgarian edition of The Hobbit.[2].
