Nindamos was a large fishing village located on the southern shores of Númenor among the marshlands at the mouth of the River Siril.[1] Nindamos was the largest of the many small villages dotted throughout the Hyarnustar and Hyarrostar regions of the island.[2] The region was rarely troubled by the seas or winds, and in the later centuries of Númenor the land was reclaimed and became a fertile area with many pools rich with fish.[3]
