Lord of Nargothrond was the title of the ruler of Nargothrond, another name of the King of Nargothrond.[1]
Note that other minor nobles are also called "lord of Nargothrond": Guilin and/or his sons, Gelmir and Gwindor are also mentioned as such.[2][3]
