Foalókë is a type of dragon that guarded a treasure. Such was the dragon Glórund.[1]
Etymology
The word is Qenya; foa + lókë), said to be the "name of a serpent that guarded a treasure".[2] The Gnomish form was Fuithlug ("a dragon (who guards treasure)").[3]
