Daniel Reeve is a calligrapher who worked on Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings films.

Once a computer programmer, Reeve was a Tolkien fan and hobbyist who experimented with Elvish calligraphy and maps. During the filming of the Trilogy, he was hired to produce all the maps, inscriptions and scroll that appear on-screen.

He has produced several Tolkien-inspired fonts and maps that appear in paraphernalia of the Lord of the Rings franchise. His maps are a part of the Lord of the Rings RPG.
