Template:Royalty infobox Arador (T.A. 2820 - 2930, died aged 110) was the fourteenth Chieftain of the Dúnedain, succeeding his father, Argonui, when he died in 2912.
As far as we know, Arador's rule was uneventful except for the fact he was captured and killed by Hill-trolls north of Rivendell. He was followed by his young son, Arathorn II, in 2930.

Arador's name is Sindarin and means "Royal Lord" coming form the prefix ara meaning "royal", and dor (a form taur) meaning "lord"
